We observe that migrations flux are increasing and that Switzerland and Europe are de facto multi ethnical and multi reiligious. This represents a challenge. But does it mean that Europe has to lock herself as if she were assaulted ? Shouldn’t Europe adopt an attitude of tolerance and try to understand the capacities and the cultures of these newcomers?

A world on the Move invites Europe to ask herself if she tackles the problem of migration in the right way. We want to break down taboos about this phenomenon and wonder if the traditionally monetary aid is the best solution to reduce the gaps between poor and rich countries -a gap that often triggers mass migration.

We consider that other solutions and attitudes are possible. That is why we propose several projects, among them a multimedia report that give migrants a voice.
